Professional Summary:
My research explores the role of soils in the Earth system, with emphasis on biogeochemical cycles as revealed by variation of soil processes at the landscape scale, including atmospheric deposition to soils, disturbance gradients, and the contribution of weathering processes to groundwater and surface water chemistry in small catchments. My approach includes the exploitation of novel isotopic tools to address interesting questions in these areas.
