Mary McFadzen develops science-based products that inform and educate practitioners and the public on natural resource management. Her work is done in collaboration with the US Fish and Wildlife Service and other federal agencies, state agencies, tribes, universities, and NGOs. Mary is also a program manager for a global project that is researching the dynamics of bat ecology, virus transmission, and human responses to spillover. Mary holds a Master of Science degree in ecology from Utah State University and a certificate in Distance Learning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
