Professional Summary:
From 1996 to 2006, I taught biology, ecology, environmental science and botany at Little Big Horn College, the Tribal college for the Crow Reservation in southcentral Montana. Community members then recruited me to work with them and LBHC students to address environmental health issues, particularly water quality, through a community-based risk assessment research project. My background includes an M.A. in social theory, MS in ecology, and a Ph.D. in environmental health at MSU Bozeman.
