Dr. Ray Callaway is a Professor in the Divsiion of Biological Sciences at the University of Montana. He is additionally the new Project Director for the Montana EPSCoR Track 1 project..Research focus: Dr. Callaway is broadly interested in ecology, and the primary focus of his research is on how organisms interact with each other. These include direct interactions, such as competition for resources, allelopathy, and facilitation; and indirect interactions mediated by herbivores, soil microbes, and other competitors.
