  • Learn about Yellowstone’s dynamic Quaternary history
  • Visit important paleoecological sites
  • Examine the history of indigenous peoples
  • Hike to alpine lakes, paleobeaver dams, and geysers
  • Observe the ecological changes since the 1988 fires
  • Witness the aftermath of a supervolcanic eruption
  • Watch bison, elk, bears, and wolves in the wild
  • Get off-the-beaten path in the world's first national park
