Montana Water Center Call for Proposals - 2020 Faculty Seed Grants

GOAL

The goal of the Faculty Seed Grant program is to help stimulate innovative water-related research among faculty and students across the Montana University System.            

Each year, approximately $40,000 is available to support research on (but not limited to) climate change; water supply interactions; groundwater and surface water interactions; biodiversity/ecosystem processes; economic valuation of water resources; water supply and management; natural water storage/retention; and water quality. To read more about current research projects underway, please refer to the Faculty Research page. 

ELIGIBILITY 

To be eligible for a Faculty Seed Grant, applicants must have academic or research faculty appointments at one of the Montana Institutions of Higher Education. Early-career faculty members are particularly encouraged to apply.
