Montana University System-Wide IoE Summer Internship Program

The Montana Institute on Ecosystems (IoE) is leading a coordinated effort to present two opportunities for undergraduate research for Summer 2017. These opportunities will be awarded for research accomplished through a faculty mentor in a number of environmental areas. The IoE is currently accepting applications from throughout the Montana University System and Montana tribal colleges from students after December 2017. Montana State University undergraduates from all MSU campuses can find more information in the first document attached below; applications due Monday, March 6th. University of Montana, Montana Tech, and Montana Western undergraduates can find more information in the second attached document; application due March 17th. Tribal college student may apply to either school.

Funding for the internship program comes from the Montana NSF EPSCoR grant; awards are subject tosatisfactory adherence to all program rules and expectations
